Assistant General Manager

The General Manager and founder of the association is set to retire very shortly. The Board decided to plan for his succession early and to hire an associate General Manager to take care of the operations side of the organization. He will gradually be trained by the current General Manager on government and public relations.

We were looking for an experienced General Manager with a modern philosophy regarding leadership and team management in an environment where they had to develop the skills of permanent employees. We were also looking for experience in lobbying with different levels of government institutions.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Assistant General Manager is responsible for all activities related to the management of operations, through the management of human, financial and material resources. In harmony with the mission and values of the Federation, he supports the Board of Directors in the development of mandates in order to meet the expectations and needs of members.
