The General Manager was looking at leaving the organization for early retirement at the end of her second term. The organization was undergoing major changes in terms of its service offering, its sources of funding and the growing digitalization of its activities. Therefore, we had to work with a very limited salary envelope.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the General Manager is responsible for all activities related to the management of operations through the management of human, financial and material resources.
