Job Description:

Reporting to the Regional Director, Operations, the General Manager manages the residence, human and financial resources. He controls operating costs within budgets, maintains a high occupancy rate and ensures the visibility of the residence within the community. He directs and supports the managers to ensure the achievement of business objectives and the maintenance and improvement of the quality of services.
