Reporting to the Regional Director - Operations, the Director General ensures the management of the residence, human and financial resources. It controls operating costs while respecting budgets, maintains a high occupancy rate and ensures the visibility of the residence within the community. He leads and supports managers in order to ensure the achievement of business goals.
