Operations and Quality Director

Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations and Quality Director is responsible for the operations and quality of the factories. He directs, controls, plans, organizes and evaluates all production activities for all factories in accordance with schedule, budget, quality control and health and safety requirements.

Human Resources Director

Reporting to the Director General, the Human Resources Director plays an active role in achieving the organization's strategic goals, while maximizing organizational effectiveness in the various work units. He is also a member of the executive committee.

Raw material buyer

Under the supervision of the operations manager, the role of the buyer is to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate purchasing activities for the company and its divisions, so that all the items necessary for production are available.
