Job description

The company is currently looking for an Assistant General Director. This person will play an advisory role to the General Director, while providing support in the management of daily activities and various projects. In addition, you will supervise the activities of the person responsible for continuing the development of the organization and B2B marketing, as well as the support staff of the General Direction.

Tasks and Responsibilities


• Seize the development opportunities of the organization according to the strategic action plan

• Conclude and manage quality business partnerships with current customers, as well as suppliers

• Collaborate with department directors to ensure the smooth running of the organization

• Ensure a team spirit and collaboration throughout the organization

• Monitor the implementation of the strategic action plan

Ensure communication and the circulation of information throughout the organization

• Increase the visibility and influence of the organization

• Oversee the organization's B2B marketing activities

Qualifications

• University degree (business administration, accounting, marketing) or any other combination of relevant experience

•At least 5 years of experience in a social economy environment (Non-profit organization an asset);

• Experience in personnel management and strategic and operational action plan;

• Experience in the use of social networks and digital marketing tools;

• Mastery of the Office suite and IT tools (CRM, accounting software)

• Interpersonal qualities sought: ability to adapt, sense of ethics, teamwork, ability to mobilize a team and establish relationships;

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written in French and English

• Analytical skills and ability to find solutions;

• Perseverance, entrepreneurial spirit and action orientation

Work conditions

• Salary between 90,000 to 110,000 plus bonuses
