Job description
Our client is looking for a Testing Solution Support Engineer to join their growing team. This person will report directly to the Senior Performance Testing Engineer
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for analyzing and responding to support request for clients regarding our testing/assessment solutions.
- Will receive regular email communications, will have to then use our internal tools to review the validity of the requests and respond appropriately.
- During analysis, he will have to review solutions in Microsoft 365 and Azure, as well as evaluate the queries included in various scripts.
- For complex scripts and queries, he will escalate to the Performance Testing Engineers in our team.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 workloads
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Foundational knowledge of scripting technologies
- General IT knowledge
- Excellent communication and written skills in English
- Customer
focused attitude
Previous technical support experience (preferred)
- One or more Microsoft certification (an asset)
