Completing the sales team, the sales representative in the agricultural sector will be mandated to develop the Chaudière-Appalaches sector and the Center of Quebec. The representative will have to represent the company with customers in order to assess their needs and advise them.


Tasks and Responsibilities

• Represent the company with existing or future customers to assess their needs and advise them on agricultural drainage.

• Perform regular courtesy follow-ups with customers through phone calls or visits;

• Maintain a customer and sales follow-up register as defined by the company;

• Maintain a privileged relationship with existing customers in order to maintain their trust;

• Develop the territories and increase the company's visibility and market share;

• Be attentive to the needs of farmers even if the need has no connection with our products, discuss and network with resources that could help them;

• Stay informed, be on the lookout for various government assistance programs that may affect the agricultural community as well as regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales in developing a territory with farmers

• English an asset;

• Verbal communication, active listening, understanding of the client's needs;

• Persuasive, tenacious, autonomous, rigorous and a definite passion for customer service;

• Person with agriculture at heart;

• Be respectful and polite.
