The company is looking for a IT project Manager (for software, mobile and web development projects) to coordinate and support the development teams.

• Project management of the full life cycle of small to medium-sized technology implementations, covering a wide variety of technology projects
• Act as a resource person to apply the Agile methodology
• Animate and organize Scrum
• Help software development teams apply the framework
• Plan deliverables and help teams track performance
• Responsible for all aspects of project delivery as per client defined scope
• Solve problems that hinder the work of teams
• Responsible for managing deadlines, solving problems and training the team in Agile methods.
• Coordinate sprints as well as daily and retrospective meetings
• Facilitate internal communication and efficient collaboration
• Serve as a point of contact for external communications (for example with customers or stakeholders)

• Graduated in computer science, business or similar field
• Experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of mobile and web software development
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Kanban)
• Certification in project management (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Functional in French
• Excellent communication skills and sense of service and leadership
• Ability to resolve problems and conflicts
• Excellent organizational skills
• Interest in advanced technologies.
