Job description
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the CFO will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing financial activities to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the accounting/administrative team.
- Maintain trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work with the Managing Director to implement governance systems.
- Provide information to the Board of Directors and ensure its implementation.
- Guide the company in making informed financial decisions.
- Develop annual business plans and budgets.
- Oversee monthly reporting, annual closings and financial reporting.
- Manage financial audits.
- Work with Sales Manager on project management and contract negotiations.
- Manage tax, legal and insurance aspects.
- Oversee relations with financial and insurance institutions.
Qualifications
- University degree in finance, CPA, accounting, business administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in business administration.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Experience in team management.
