We are seeking a visionary and dynamic CEO to lead the organization of our client towards continued growth, market expansion, and operational excellence. The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic direction, ensuring financial stability, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and drive the company's strategic initiatives, goals, and objectives, aligned with the long-term vision and overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate market conditions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and ensure a competitive position in the market.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging employees to come up with creative ideas and solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:

  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and risk management, to ensure optimal financial performance and profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize resources.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reports to the board of directors, highlighting the company's financial health.

Organizational Development:

  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes individual growth and development.
  • Implement best practices for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Support the professional development of employees by providing coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance the company's profile and network with other industry leaders.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company and effectively communicate the company's vision, strategy, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role, preferably within the mechanical assembly industry.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent strategic, financial, and analytical skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities, with experience in building and inspiring high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and French, with the ability to connect and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change, foster innovation, and lead successful business transformations.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and make sound judgments.
  • Must have valid passport to travel to the United States.

Work conditions
