Reporting to the President, the Business Development Specialist will be responsible for all experience related to the sales process, lead generation and client relationship building. He will work closely with the direction to strategically position the company.


Tasks and Responsibilities

• Actively seek and generate sales leads • Ensure and develop sales, profitability of your territory and your market segment, both for existing customers and future customers

• Promote the Communication solution • Be an ambassador of the brand image and corporate culture

• Evaluate and generate business opportunities and potential projects

• Provide solutions to prospects' problems, in partnership with the Customer Service department

• Build and deliver high-level and technical presentations/demonstrations • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Keep up to date with the technical requirements of the solution

• Know the competition well and our position in the market

• Responsible for drafting quotes and contracts

• Ensure the link between the sales and customer success team


Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in the field of sales, marketing or business;

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of sales;

• Experience in relationship marketing, sales, development and negotiation.

• Expertise in the field of B2B sales;

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas;

• Knowledge of digital marketing and/or website design, an asset;

• Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. 

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strategic vision and analytical thinker

• Ability to follow market and competitive trends and keep abreast of market issues and objectives

• Computer skills (MS Office)
