Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead and determining
technical project requirements under the MSS scope (technology architecture
practices related to all infrastructures);
- Identify and manage all
technical risks related to MSS projects and form contingency plans based on
business objectives;
- Analyzing existing
operations and ensure technical training sessions to promote improvements;
- Liaising with all
departments and team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are
completed to technical standard;
- Lead technical workforce
for performing troubleshooting as required;
- Be the escalation point for
Information security architect, Security Analysts, Information Security
Specialists and Incident Response Managers in solving security issues,
correlation rules and other issues related to technical risks;
- Lead and define technical
security strategies for MSS clients by leading development methodologies,
equipment and documentation;
- Lead and ensure the design
of correlation rules based on client security control situation and cyber
threat circumstance;
- Play a significant role to
help determine business strategies and requirements with industry trends;
- Lead architectural job
knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging security practices and
standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional
organizations;
- Lead innovation activities
to help engage staff by creating environments where they can ask questions and
voice their concerns;
- Being transparent with the
team about challenges, failures, and successes;
- Lead the bi-annual global
performance process evaluations for the analysts under his responsibility;
- Act as an authoritative
contact for Security Architects;
- Act as a technical lead for
the Security Architects.
