· Deliver
successful team results by bringing the company’s mission and values to life
with our customers and team members
· Managing
and coaching management team on all aspects of financial performance, including
sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and other key metrics through proper
and ethical in-store operations and is responsible for shrink control
· Provide day-to-day leadership to the team, including setting clear performance
expectations and providing ongoing support, coaching, strategic guidance,
feedback, skill development and growth opportunities
· Analyze
key financial metrics and observable behaviors to identify opportunities to
maximize sales and margin and provides weekly action plans to the store
· Build
relationships with community partners at a senior level to drive corporate
orders, support community donations and fundraising events
· Drive,
manage and support the Store of the Community on all store social media and
communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
· Collaborate
cross-functionally (including logistics, marketing, merchandising, and supply
chain) to support the implementation of corporate programs and initiatives
· All
other related tasks
