Under the authority of the Regional Vice President, the Store Manager provides leadership and direction to their team in customer engagement, service and operations and ensures that the store represents and operates as efficiently and profitably as possible.


Tasks and Responsibilities

·       Deliver successful team results by bringing the company’s mission and values to life with our customers and team members

·       Managing and coaching management team on all aspects of financial performance, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and other key metrics through proper and ethical in-store operations and is responsible for shrink control

·       • Provide day-to-day leadership to the team, including setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing support, coaching, strategic guidance, feedback, skill development and growth opportunities

·       Analyze key financial metrics and observable behaviors to identify opportunities to maximize sales and margin and provides weekly action plans to the store

·       Build relationships with community partners at a senior level to drive corporate orders, support community donations and fundraising events

·       Drive, manage and support the Store of the Community on all store social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies

·       Collaborate cross-functionally (including logistics, marketing, merchandising, and supply chain) to support the implementation of corporate programs and initiatives

·       All other related tasks
