• Understanding of business development processes with “niche” products
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales and in a management position
• Excellent command of English and French (oral and written)
• Skillful with both distributors and customer-users
• Ease with IT tools (ERP, WEB, all common means of communication, etc.)
• Naturally comfortable with the company culture and its approach to sales and marketing
• Strong leadership and business acumen
• Previous experience in the field of paper, cardboard, packaging
• Ability to travel to Canada and the USA as needed (passport required)
• Superior communication, customer service, sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships
