We recruit for permanent intermediate and senior positions in a variety of industries such as: manufacturing, construction, consulting engineering, food and technology.

As a recruiter/headhunter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, without having to do business development: database research, candidate contacts, virtual interviews, reference taking, career coaching and advice. You will work in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and a work environment that encourages autonomy, new ideas and initiatives.

• Write and post distinctive job descriptions;
• Manage the candidate relationship;
• Conduct targeted research in candidate databases;
• Analyze resumes and communicate with potential candidates in order to present them with job opportunities;
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications and motivations during virtual interviews;
• Support, coach and advise candidates throughout the process;

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (career counseling, psychology, sociology, HR, IR);
• 2-7 years experience as a sourcing specialist or recruiter;
• Experience in researching candidate databases;
• Listening, empathy and interest in people;
• Analytical and organizational skills;
• Autonomy and ability to work with minimal direct supervision;
• Fluency in French and functional English.

• 55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience (2 to 7 years)
• Flexible schedule of 35 hours per week;
• 100% remote work or hybrid work;

• No commission salary structure. Fixed base salary based on experience and rapid salary progression.
