Our client is a multinational company with an extensive network of distributors worldwide in the design and selling of valves for the industrial sector.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing all spheres of projects to ensure that custom equipment orders are executed correctly, within defined budgets and delivered to time, in accordance with the specifications and quality requirements of the customer and the company. 

• Participate in the development of calls for tenders;
• Design, plan and execute the steps of the process in order to achieve the objectives of the projects;
• Ensure project profitability;
• Rigorously monitor the progress of the steps;
• Keep all the actors involved informed of the progress of the projects;
• Respect deadlines and budgets assigned to projects;
• Manage and adapt to unforeseen events or changes related to budget, needs, participants, etc.;
• Provide post-project follow-up.

• Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or any other discipline related to the position;
• Experience working in project management with multidisciplinary design teams (electrical, mechanical);
• Experience in oil, gas and energy projects;
• Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes in a bespoke production environment;
• Knowledge of technical drawings/specifications and manufacturing documentation;
• Advanced English (verbal & written communication);
• Functional French
• Excellent skills in planning, organizing and managing time and resources to achieve agreed objectives;
• Team spirit, positive approach with a commercial perspective.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP Business One;
• Proven ability to work to deadlines and respond effectively to demanding customer demands.
