Job description


Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, Sales and Marketing, the Product Manager must understand and validate market issues, be in regular contact with customers and sales to list requirements, gather feedback, create, maintain, and communicate product action plans. Define and execute product strategy and be able to identify users and meet their needs. The Product Manager must collaborate with the engineering, operations and marketing teams to deliver quality products to the business.


Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Understand and validate market problems
  • Engage with customers and sales to gather requirements, collect feedback
  • Create, maintain and communicate product roadmaps
  • Define and execute product strategy
  • Profile user personas and respond to their needs
  • Write Business Requirement Document, prioritize backlogs & customer issues, in working agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-value products to the firm
  • Act as subject matter expert on in-house platform, core competencies, applicable markets, and competition
  • Help marketing to shape message and sales team for demos
  • Research and develop an appropriate working solution and value proposition, engaging with the respective Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or Technology Services Partner (this covers our Managed Security and Professional Advisory Services) to address the customer requirement in collaboration with Pre-Sales Manager.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience with enterprise cybersecurity solutions
  • Experience in security compliance - such as PCI, NIST, CIS
  • Demonstrated prior success with defining a new product or features, testing & rapid iteration, and driving positive results for the business
  • Experience building out product roadmaps, story mapping and product launches
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity products and services
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies
  • Understanding of Big Data technologies (Apache Nifi, Hadoop, etc.)
  • Understanding of the Public Cloud Platform (Azure, AWS)
  • Strong client relationship management and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in cross-functional team environments
  • Solid project management skills
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
