They are currently looking for a specialist in human resources to fill a key position in the organization.

Job description

Under the responsibility of Director of Operations, the human resources specialist will have different responsibilities from recruitment to onboarding and from evaluation to employee compensation. The person could quickly stand out and have a positive impact on their community and achieve professionally.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Participate in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;

• Participate in the integration of employees and contribute to the organization of training and development projects;

• Ensure our presence in social networks for the search for talent;

• Promote HR programs to create a conflict-free workplace;

• Contribute to the development and implementation of human resources policies;

• Management of training other than in stores (Hygiene & sanitation, first aid and management of the 1% law).

• Assist in the development of salary policy.

• Manage group insurance (membership, case management, claim assistance, prevention).

• Manage and follow up on health and safety files (Case management with CNESST and Mutuelle, prevention).

• Develop the employer brand (alone or with the help of a specialized agency if necessary).

• Gather and analyze data with useful HR indices;

• Maintain employee records and records;

• Work in collaboration with supervisors and managers in the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources; • Maintain employee records and records;

• Min. 2 years of experience in a human resource department;

• Knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Desire to work in a team with a results-oriented approach;

• Knowledge and ability with Microsoft office products;

• Oral and written bilingualism (French) essential;

• Functional English

• Demonstrate leadership (managerial courage, competence and integrity) and a strategic vision.
