Under the responsibility of the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Advisor will have different responsibilities from recruitment to integration and from evaluation to employee compensation. The person could quickly stand out and have a positive impact on their environment and excel professional achievement.

• Participate in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
• Participate in the integration of employees and contribute to the organization of training and development projects;
• Ensure our presence in social networks for the search for talent;
• Promote HR programs to create a conflict-free workplace;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of human resources policies;
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR indices;
• Maintain employee records and files;

• Bachelor's degree in human resources;
• An experience of 5 to 8 years in a human resources department;
• Knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Desire to work in a team with a results-oriented approach;
• Knowledge and ability with Microsoft office products; -
• Oral and written bilingualism (French-English) essential;
• Demonstrate leadership (managerial courage, competence and integrity) and a vision strategic.

• Salary between $75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience
