Service company, in start-up, having acquired cutting-edge technology in the field of 3D printing (additive printing) and surface finishing, is looking for a CEO for the marketing of its technology and the development of a Marketing plan, intended for a specific clientele in the fields of aeronautics and medical. Our client has unique equipment in Canada that allows it to offer unparalleled product quality. His sense of innovation allows him to do business with the big names in aeronautics. Its markets are local, national, American and European.

As General Manager, you will have to manage the growth of sales and activities while ensuring that you prioritize the marketing and production of the most profitable products and services. You will need to strategically analyze market trends and demand. You will be responsible for all the services of the organization.

• Ensure the maintenance of best practices in organizational management
• Ensure cohesion and adhesion between the different services;
• Responsible for the  financial management and sustainability of the organization;
• Develop and manage operating budgets;
• Responsible for the profitability analysis of products, services and projects;
• Maintain the client link with major accounts in order to be able to grasp market trends;
• Work to improve operational efficiency;
• Structure and implement various performance indicators as needed and ensure that they are maintained;
• Support and supervise the work of the team members under his responsibility;
• Supervise the R&D department;
• Ensure the management of labor relations and efficient management of human resources within the organization;
• All other related tasks.

• MBA and Mechanical Engineer or equivalent or other relevant training with compensatory experience;
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in metrology or service processing or precision machining or service business relevant to the field;
• Experience in personnel management (asset);
• Sales experience, United States experience is an asset;
• Bilingualism
