Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure the management of administrative tasks as a whole;
- Ensure communication between management and the various departments;
- Prioritize files according to urgency; make the necessary follow-ups and reminders;
- Participate in the management of contingencies for a smooth running of the company's operations as a whole as well as unified inter-building management (8 plans);
- Coordinate the agenda of committee meetings and make the necessary arrangements for the holding of these meetings;
- Prepare documentation for management meetings;
- Be the support to management for any request, contract, document, letter, budget, or other necessary documents;
- Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures for management in collaboration with the HR department;
- Participate in the linguistic revision of documents before their publication;
- Actively participate in various improvements.
- Ensure an administrative follow-up of certain files in progress
- Take initiatives and demonstrate proactivity on a daily basis in decision-making and carrying out tasks in his field of expertise;
- Represent management with professionalism and confidence in both verbal and written communications;
