• Supervise, and support employees in the exercise of their functions and tasks;
• Supervise the training of employees of the organization
• Lead and coordinate clinical support according to the organization's preferred approach
• Collaborate in the implementation of the annual planning and the realization of its projects;
• Assess human and material resource needs according to the programs and services offered by the organization
