Job description

The role of the Business Development Manager will be to work closely with the International Director in France to contribute to the expansion of the company in North America. This consulting firm specializing in IT, more specifically the deployment of network and security infrastructure solutions, is looking to establish a client base in the region.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the growth of the company in Quebec, Canada and North America;
  • Generate new business opportunities within existing customers and expand the company's reach to new customers;
  • Explore and identify key accounts in the region to develop business lines;
  • Promote innovative offerings (Technical Innovations, and "as a service" offerings) with the support of technical consultants;
  • Enhance client relationships and develop long-term strategic relationships;
  • Ensure that projects meet quality standards and remain within the agreed upon framework (budget, technical...);
  • Participate in the planning of the business strategy (consultant workload, business forecast, reports...).

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT industry.
  • Must have dynamism, curiosity, autonomy, determination and relevant experience in business development;
  • Knowledge in I.T with a strong dimension in infrastructures;
  • Skills on network issues and have an existing customer portfolio
  • Bilingualism is a must.

Work conditions

  • Variable salary according to experience: $90,000 - $130,000 + 10-25% bonus;
  • Hybrid role (office, road, remote);

  • The person will be required to travel across the province as well as in North America on occasion (all expenses paid)
