Tasks and Responsibilities
- Participates in the complete cycle of the implementation of the Microsoft D365 F/O software;
- Provides expertise in the use and implementation of the various modules related to the series;
- Provides functional support to the various SME assigned to the project, in the implementation of D365, in their testing phase and training of end users;
- Collaborates with managers and users to lead change management efforts when new processes, features or systems are implemented;
- Participates in the development of unit and integrated functional test plans;
- Formulates recommendations for the use of the D365 application based on identified, analyzed and documented business needs;
- Takes part in the company's initiatives in continuous improvement of operations in connection with D365.
