Job description

Reporting to the Head of Information System, the business analyst collaborates in the realization of the implementation of D365. He also plays a leading key role in process analysis and improvement of business needs in the functional support of D365 F&O for the company.


Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Participates in the complete cycle of the implementation of the Microsoft D365 F/O software;
  • Provides expertise in the use and implementation of the various modules related to the series;
  • Provides functional support to the various SME assigned to the project, in the implementation of D365, in their testing phase and training of end users;
  • Collaborates with managers and users to lead change management efforts when new processes, features or systems are implemented; 
  • Participates in the development of unit and integrated functional test plans;
  • Formulates recommendations for the use of the D365 application based on identified, analyzed and documented business needs;
  • Takes part in the company's initiatives in continuous improvement of operations in connection with D365.

Qualifications

  • College or university degree in business administration, operations management or equivalent;
  • At least two years of experience with Microsoft D365 F&O Trade & Logistics (trade and logistics), D365 BC (Business Central), Dynamics AX or Dynamics NAV within a manufacturing company;
  • Have skills in business analysis and data modelling;
  • Able to be resourceful, demonstrate a willingness to learn and good problem-solving skills;
  • Knowledge of the construction sector (asset);
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication;
  • Bilingual (French / English);
