Job description

Under the immediate responsibility of the VP Sales, the Branch Manager coordinates all branch activities. It supports the development of branch affairs and is the resource person for this one. The director will be in charge of the team of design-sales and must put in place the essential elements in order to achieve the objectives set by the company.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop business relationships according to the different areas served by the company;

• Meet potential customers and make sure to promote our company within the prescribed pool;

• Ensure the complete logistics of the branch and act as a resource person for all staff;

• Standardize processes from order taking to production according to the standards established throughout the organization and train staff on them;

• Train staff to sell according to customer needs and help them achieve sales objectives;

• Ensure the profitability of each contract signed while respecting the discount rules established by management;

• Ensure the presence of staff at all times to take care of each customer who comes to the store;

• Manage, supervise, advise and support the designers in his charge in their various mandates

Qualifications

  • DEP in sales & advice or other related field;
  • Five (5) years of minimum experience in a sales position;
  • Management experience (an asset); Good knowledge in the field of construction or cabinets;
  • Perfect mastery of French grammar and spelling;
  • Functional English
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel)

Work conditions

  • Permanent full-time position;
  • Day/week schedule
  • Salary package (base & commissions around $90,000 to $100,000 with possible advancement) 
  • Group insurance as of day 1
  • 3 weeks of vacation and extra days during the holiday season
  • Reimbursement for physical activity ($150 sports subscription)
