We’re looking for a tenacious, results-driven individual that is successful at selling through listening and understanding our customers’ needs. The Account Manager will position themself as a trusted advisor and build value-added relationships to provide solutions in the client’s best interest.

Tasks and Responsibilities

·       Build relationships, uncover business opportunities within Canadian and US markets. Focusing on global customers in telecommunications.

·       Become familiar and adept in presenting our core.

·       Tracking all activity and results through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software with daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly analysis reports submitted to management.

·       Attend and successfully complete all required sales, product and process training sessions.


  • A diploma in Sales or in Business or in a related field.
  • Experience with JIRA, Deskpro and SAP an asset.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales role.
  • Knowledge of Layer 1 and 2 WAN Services, Internet and deep understanding of Global and National Telecom Ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to multitask/prioritize and work under tight timelines.
  • Effective communication in English & French skills written, verbal and listening.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.
